What’s powerful than Vision? Blog

“If you were to be granted 3 wishes today, what will they be?”

Surprisingly, this has been one of the interview questions I saw many candidates struggled to answer, asking me: “Can I have a minute or two to think about it?”

Many people don’t know what they want. Yes, in general, we all want to be happier, healthier, smarter, richer and xxxxxier (you name it!). We want to live in a nice place, have the job we love, be with people we love, do what we want and to have the life we want. But if we were to define specifically in details, what exactly we want, not using general terms but specific terms, I see most people find it a bit challenging to articulate exactly what they want.

Richard Branson says: “Happiness is one of the key factors for success.”

But how can we achieve happiness if we don´t know what brings us happiness?

It’s often said that first you need to articulate your career and life vision. I agree, but sometimes I feel it focuses too much on our future and not on the present moment. How can we define a vision for the future when we can’t define what we want now?

Check out my new video to find out what I feel is more powerful than vision!

I like this idea and want to contribute!
